Refund, Package & Cancellation Policy Unused services or remaining unused sessions from a package may be refunded within 3 months (90 days) of the original purchase date. Completed or already-used services are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to services that have not yet been provided. After 3 months from the original purchase date, all purchases and remaining sessions become non-refundable. Promotional offers, discounted packages, introductory pricing, and special offers are subject to the same refund timeframe. Once a promotion has ended, the promotional price cannot be reinstated or extended. Package pricing is based on purchasing multiple sessions at a discounted rate. If a refund is approved within the eligible refund period, any completed sessions may be recalculated at the regular single-session price before determining the remaining refundable balance. After the refund period, unused sessions may be: * Transferred to a friend or family member * Applied as credit toward any other Conturra service * Converted into a Conturra gift certificate Unused service credit and gift certificates issued for remaining package value do not expire. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows may also be charged a $50 fee. By purchasing a service or package, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
